At Shiftly, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work to provide a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged through misuse
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items not in their original condition

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
